I struck gold when I found this jewlers! This family buisness was recommended to me by a friend as I had been telling her that for the last 5 odd years I had failed to find a good jewlers. My needs and expectations are probably high as my family used to be in the trade. Sarah worked for months trying to help me before I had even ever bought anything from her families buisness. She listened to my needs and sourced items and gave me ideas and really was relentless until she found what I wanted. I will never go to another jewlers now I’ve got Lords. They are not local to me but that’s not important as the customer service and knowledge is outstanding. The whole family are brilliant but Sarah’s worth her weight in gold!!!

Absolutely love what Lord of London have made for me recently, I wanted to combine diamonds from my engagement ring and some earrings with my late husbands wedding ring. Russell and his staff were great taking care to listen my ideas and give their honest expert opinion on what was possible, explain steps involved and time to be sure it was what I really wanted.
