Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

Delivery

Lord of London aims to dispatch and deliver all orders within 3 to 5 working days, subject to availability and delivery location. While every effort is made to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for silver jewellery and cufflinks purchased online only. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the original order date. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

We recommend using a Royal Mail Special Delivery service (tracked and insured) or a reputable insured courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Alternatively, items may be returned in person to: Lord of London, 162 Hutton Road, Shenfield, CM15 8NL.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us at pippa@lordoflondon.com with details of the issue before returning the item. Once received, the item will be inspected. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement where possible or a full refund, including standard delivery and return postage costs.
