SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently can only offer our standard delivery service which takes 3-5 working days and costs £4.90. This is sent via the Royal Mail tracked service.
Conditions of Refund Simply return the order to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery and we will be happy to issue a refund. Items must be returned as new – unworn and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returned jewellery which is not in perfect condition.
Faulty Returns We take great care in sourcing and selecting our jewellery. We therefore take quality very seriously and would be very disappointed if you received a faulty item.
If the item you received was faulty on delivery we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please contact us with details of the issue by emailing email@example.com for further details before sending your parcel back to us.
When we receive the faulty item we will carry out a full inspection. Where the fault is considered genuine we will of course offer a replacement if possible or a full refund including your delivery and returns postage.
